Covid Protocols for the 2022 Show

Dear Magic Moments Community,

We are thrilled with the opportunity to return in 2022 for another year of our beloved production,
but we recognize that the world is a different place than it was the last time we were all together.
Safety is the number one priority for Magic Moments and with the size of our cast and crew as well
as the vulnerability of some of our performers, the Board of Directors and Production Staff have
reviewed state and local recommendations to create the safest COVID-19 policy we possibly can.
These safety protocols are consistent with other theaters in the Denver metro area and across the
country. We hope that by implementing these extraordinary measures, we will be part of the global
effort to slow down the spread of the virus in the future.

Participants

In accordance with Colorado State, Jefferson and Arapahoe Counties and CDC recommendations, we
will require all staff, actors, musicians, crew, and volunteers, 12 and older, to be fully vaccinated
against COVID-19 before attending rehearsals at Waterstone Church and performances at Littleton
High School. In addition, following suit with the major theatres around the city, state, and country,
we will now require proof of vaccination. This is for the safety of our cast, crew, staff and volunteers.

Accommodations are still being considered for potential exemptions (i.e. those with a medical
condition that prevents vaccination). Details about accommodations, along with the process to verify
vaccine information, will be announced by October.

During rehearsals, masks are required for all Staff, Actors, Crew, and Volunteers except during a
break while eating a snack in designated areas only. Food and beverages will not be permitted inside
the rehearsal spaces.

In rehearsals, actors who are currently singing/speaking may remove their mask but maintain a
minimum distance of 6 feet from anyone not currently “on stage”. All those not actively “on stage”
rehearsing must continue to wear a mask at all times and maintain a space of 6 feet from the “stage
area”.

The COVID Protocols for those actors 12 and under are currently under review.

Unlike previous years, this year all Magic Moments’ rehearsals will be closed to anyone not directly
needed for rehearsals.

Performance Protocols Statement

The COVID Protocols for Tech Week and Performances for all cast, crew, staff, and backstage
volunteers will be clarified as we get closer to those dates. These will be in accordance not only with
the state, county, and CDC recommendations but also with those of the Littleton Public School
District as the owners of the venue in which we will perform.

Health and safety measures are subject to change – so please check our website for updates before
you attend any rehearsals.

Patrons

In accordance with Colorado State, Jefferson and Arapahoe Counties and CDC recommendations we
will require all patrons, 12 and older, to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 before attending
performances at Littleton High School. In addition, following suit with the major theatres around the
city, state, and country, we will now require proof of vaccination before entering the theater. Those
who are unable to receive the vaccination (for example, children under the age of 12) must instead
provide proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours of your performance start time.
Masks are required for all audience members two and older and will be available upon request of
ushers and security personnel. Audience members must wear masks unless enjoying refreshments in
designated areas. Food and beverages will not be permitted inside the theatre.

This is for the safety of our audience as well as our cast, crew, staff and volunteers.

Health and safety measures are subject to change – so please check our website for updates before
you attend our performances.

Thank you-
