Originally from Duluth, Minnesota, Billy came to Colorado in 1999, making a nine year detour in Los Angeles, California. Although he studied opera fro eight years, Billy started out as a Rock singer and has dabbled in R&B, Pop, Country, Jazz, and Blues. He first sang with Magic Moments in 2000 and experienced his “Moment of Passion” in his first show. Although he has performed with many musical groups since moving to Colorado, he has found that MM has become a life-long choice – once you’re involved with MM, you just cannot quit it.
Billy’s ten-year-old son, Connor, has been in every MM show since he was born. Billy is also proud to announce that he is engaged to the most wonderful person (and fellow board member) he knows, Casey Rogers.

Mary Jeffreys – Board Member
Currently Senior Analyst/Communications Specialist with BCS, Incorporated
Mary Jeffreys is a third-generation Coloradan whose singing style can be best described as “rusty hinge.” In spite of having almost no acting ability, Mary loves the arts. She was a founding committee chair with the Cherry Creek Arts Festival, and created a juried art competition for high school students to move them into the arts and away from graffiti. Mary attended her first MM performance in 2017, and fell in love with the actors, the music, and the fun of MM! She is thrilled to join the board and looks forward to working on marketing and communications for this great organization.
