Golf Fundraiser on Jul 15th 2023 at City Park Golf Course

Magic Moments is pleased to announce that we will be running another golf fundraiser on Saturday July 15th 2023 at City Park Golf Course. Registration is open now and is first come first served. The cost is $125 per person and includes golf, carts, lunch, and prizes. This fun event typically sells out fast, so register online today to make sure you get a spot.

Check in for the event begins at 7am on July 15th with a 7:30am shotgun start. We will be running in a 4 person team scramble format.

If you can’t make your own team of four please let us know when you sign up so we can group you together with other small groups.

Thanks and Awe

One of the things Magic Moments inspires in me is consistent feelings of awe over what people can accomplish. I’m awed over the incredible talent exhibited by our cast members year after year. I’m awed by the strength of spirit our actors show in their refusal to be held back by their disabilities, their limitations, and their experiences. I’m awed by the incredible amount of love and care our community shows to each other at all times in so many amazing, wonderful ways.

Yesterday I found a new reason to feel the kind of awe only Magic Moments inspires. This time that awe was inspired by each and every one of you who contributed to support us during this year’s Colorado Gives campaign. Because of your passion and commitment, we were able to make this the best Colorado Gives Day we’ve ever had

And this wasn’t just the best Colorado Gives Day we’ve ever had by a couple of dollars. It wasn’t even the best Colorado Gives Day we’ve ever had by a couple hundred dollars. Yesterday was the best Colorado Gives Day we’ve ever had by several THOUSAND more dollars than we have raised in any other year.

I. Am. In. Awe.

But then, I should be used to that by now with Magic Moments.

Thank you so much to everyone who supported us during this year’s Colorado Gives Fundraiser. We literally would not be here without the financial support of our community members. It means so much to me and to everyone on the board to feel this level of love and passion from all of you.

You all are the beating heart that makes Magic Moments special. It is a privilege to get to be part of this community with you.

Support Us on Colorado Gives Day

Colorado Gives Day is Tuesday, December 6. Let the countdown begin! Your support of Magic
Moments, Inc. from now through Colorado Gives Day counts toward our eligibility for the 1.6 million
Colorado Gives Day Incentive Fund. Magic Moments will earn a percentage of this fund by participating
in Colorado Gives Day! The more we raise, the more we receive.

Despite the many industry-wide challenges, we were able to stay strong throughout, and our board of
directors remained committed and determined by continuing to write grants requests, fundraising,
raising brand awareness, holding our monthly meetings, and offering some of our programming virtually
while supporting the overall well-being of our Magic Moments community.

This past year, March 2022, we were finally able to present our show, “Take the High Road”. It was our
first performance since 2019!

As 2022 comes to a close, we are looking forward to 2023 as we will be celebrating our 40 th year! It is
your support continued support that keeps the “magic“ going. Please see donation link below. Your

A little about us:

The goal of the organization is to raise community awareness of the special gifts of persons with physical and developmental disabilities and to provide our diverse cast with the opportunity to stretch their talents and give back to their community through theatrical performance. We provide our disabled cast members the opportunity to perform alongside professional actors and to be trained by professional staff in a nurturing environment that builds their confidence, self-sufficiency, and self-worth, which carries to their daily life. The families of these people are affected as well as they witness the personal growth of their loved ones. Many caregivers have noted a marked improvement in the attitude, ability and personality of their loved one as a result of their experience in a Magic Moments show. The sense of pride that these families feel in watching their loved ones transcend has a positive effect on everyone involved.

Sweet Nothings 2022

The 2022 Sweet Nothings signup form is now online. Is there someone in this year’s cast or crew you want to send a message of support to? Filling in the form takes only a few minutes and is a great way to brighten the day of one of our wonderful volunteers.

This year we are making Sweet Nothing donations completely voluntary. Anyone can fill out the above form to send a Sweet Nothing at no cost. However, we encourage everyone who is able to make a Sweet Nothing donation as a way to support our Sweet Nothing Scholarships. Thank you to everyone who makes it possible to contribute to this great program.

A Successful and Fun(draiser) Day

Today was the 4th annual Magic Moments Golf Tournament Fundraiser and it was the biggest one yet!! It was a beautiful and fun day at the Wellshire Golf Course!
