Meet the cast: Anna, Dennis and Leahh

Welcome to the second in a series of interviews with members of the cast of this year’s Magic Moments production – a carnival-themed, original musical revue.

Meet Anna

She just turned 10 (happy birthday!) and is one of our leads this year. If you’re impressed by her poise in this interview, wait until you hear her sing! We’ve got 45-50 kids (yes, you read that right) under 12 in Step Right Up, March 23 – 26th at the Kent Theatre, along with 100+ teens and adults of all ages and abilities.

Meet Dennis and Leah.

Dennis is one of our actors with special needs and has been a cast member since 2001. Dennis is one of the most prepared actors in the cast – he always knows his music (and almost everyone else’s!). And, as he says, his number always brings down the house. He and Leah have been partners for the past three years. You can often hear them laughing together from across the theatre.

Last week Magic Moments was lucky to be featured by Kevin Torres on “Unique 2 Colorado”. Kevin stopped by a recent rehearsal and met with a few of our volunteers to find out more about the organisation.

Meet the cast: Frank, Sharon and Anastasia

Welcome to the first in a series of interviews with members of the cast of this year’s Magic Moments production – a carnival-themed, original musical revue.

Meet Frank.

Frank is in his 80s and still one of our most committed and energetic cast members. He’s been a performer with Magic Moments for nearly 20 years and has no plans of stopping.

Meet Sharon and Anastasia.

Sharon is one of our actors with special needs and star performers. Her smile lights up the room. Her partner, Anastasia, is a high school sophomore who’s grown up performing with the Magic Moments family. These two have developed a strong relationship over the past two years, and are inseparable.

Presenting: Magic Moments new logo

The arrival of the new year hails the dawning of a spectacular new show: Step Right Up! In addition to the new year, and the new show, MAGIC MOMENTS IS PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THE ARRIVAL OF OUR NEW LOGO:

A year ago the Board of Directors started the process of creating a new Magic Moments Logo that would speak to what Magic Moments represents. We are an integrated theatrical community where ALL people enhance the stage with every note, every spin, and every smile they contribute. We are musical theater where everyone’s talents, regardless of abilities, shine bright. Thanks to the creative inspiration of Madi Spillman, and the talented artistry of April Davis, we now have a logo that celebrates the unique magic of our organization.
